Khadija has led Beautiful Beginnings since it opened in 1999. She holds a master's degree in Elementary Education and Rhode Island teacher certification in Early Childhood Education.
Executive Director, Turning the Corner
Lauri holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Virginia University of Lynchburg and has twenty years of experience in human services. She is a certified trainer with the National Resource Center for Youth Services and the Handle With Care behavior management system.

Denise manages hiring, employment inquiries and reference checks, and represents the Corporation at unemployment hearings. She studied Business Administration at Adelphi Business College and Tidewater Community College.
